Our software at a glance
Easy-to-use Microsoft Windows based software with the following key features:
- There are fully customizable levels for operator settings, which are password protected. You can decide what each operator should be able to do, this allows for complete flexibility.
- All Operator actions will automatically be saved.
- Easily show which rooms are available and the rate per night. Once a card is issued for a room that room’s colour will change and shown as “not available”.
- Guest cards have specific date and time expiration.
- Ability to issue staff cards by hotel, building, floor or room. These cards can be time limited per day (e.g. cleaner only has access between 9:30h00 and 13h00). Staff cards are available for GM, Cleaner, Waiter, Maintenance, Security and so on.
- Simple procedure to exclude a lost card, or any other card from opening a room.
- Guest card is required for check out so guest cannot leave with it – huge cost saving over time.
- Can also be used to issue cards for back-of house – full access control system with no additional equipment needed – only locks for the doors.
- RF and IC card encoder is simple and convenient to use.

Operator Grade Edit
This is a customize function for the software operator grades. It allows the supervisor to edit different levels for operators that have different rights to certain menu’s or functions. It not only helps the hotels owners to maintain the daily management of the hotel, but also prevent the staff from abusing their authority.
Verify / Revoke Card Function
Occasionaly, as with any hotel locking system, a guest will go to their room and their card will not open the lock. The Xeeder Hotel Lock System has a function to quickly resolve this issue. It is called “Verify / Revoke Card”. With this function you can view the card information and see what is causing the problem and you can solve it by a few simple clicks of the mouse.
Camera function
The newly added Camera function allows you to add photos of the guests and staff. You can download photos from your local computer or use the camera function to capture by USB Camera.
Statistics Centre
The Statistics Centre consists of 3 parts:
- The current room occupancy rate displaying the room occupancy rate for each type of room,
- The Room Occupancy filter, to filter information according to room type and date,
- VIP Guests view, displaying the guest that frequently visits your hotel.
No doubt that the Statistics Centre can be useful to hotels owners, What’s more, through the VIP guest function, you can view those guests who frequently check in, then provide more frequent Guest privileges to the Guest.
Staff card and staff management
Independent staff management section to build your staff’s personal information with their access permission. You can easily set the rooms they have access to and when and just as easily remove or modify it.
Group Check-in / Check-out Function
With this function you can easily check-in and check-out a Group Booking.
